- I believe that "music is" as Voltaire said "the pathway to the heart". And that certain musicians because of their spiritual practice can be the space of creativity best exemplified by the words of Beethoven in the film "Copying Beethoven" - “The vibrations on the ear are the breath of God speaking to man’s soul. Music is the language of God. We musicians are as close to God as man can be. We hear his voice. We read his lips. We give birth to the children of God who sing his praise. That is what musicians are. And, if we are not, then we are nothing.”

Travels in Palestine Ramallah and Bethlehem
Its been a three long days of fast paced meetings. On Sunday we spent the day traveling around Jerusalem meeting with the production, stage and lighting companies who produced the Pope's recent visit in Israel and Paul McCartney's recent concert. On Monday Sami picked us up in the morning and we traveled to Ramallah, about 30 minutes away from Jerusalem. Saturday - first full day in Palestine
I was up at 5am this morning after having been up for over 24 hours and only 4 hours of sleep. The morning was still. Arrival of PPOE in Palestine/Israel
Hi Everyone:
Thursday - Marc Scarpa (one of our producers) and myself left Los Angeles for Israel. After a long and moderately comfortable flight we arrived safely on Friday 2:10PM
One degree of seperation - While standing in line waiting to clear customs Marc found himself standing right next to a dear long time friend Carmen from NY. She is an art dealer in NY who had flown in to see her husband, who is one of members of the Blue Men Group, perform in Israel.

Thanks for your remarks and compliments upon my services to the hurting society of Africa. I am inviting you and all members of the Peace Project on Earth to visit Africa. It is not that Africa is the only continent without peace, but once one comes here with a vision just as you have it, the world listens and responds.
I will be supervising the distribution of food next week in one of the Internally Displaced People's camp of northern Uganda in Pader District called Acholi-bur. And I will talk about your dream and vision while with the local leaders who are to attend my briefings in the Town Hall.
I am so excited to be here. Not because that we are many on this site and board for peace.. but because we all know the difference between harmony and conflict---we advocate for the best/paramount alternative between both. That is PEACE!
I am blessed to be your friend. Not only a friend but also a partner of the dream! Together, we can make the world think!
