Drumming is the ancient language of our ancestors. I made it my life long quest to master it. Over the past twenty years I have worked with so many wonderful people, some of them known and some of them not so known but all of them very special to me. I would like to share the love I have expierenced in having such a wonderful life as a musician. I have met people from all walks of life. I have toured Europe, Japan, The Carribean, Central America and The USA. I have worked playing Jazz, R&B, Neo-Soul, Rap, West African, Pop, Haitian and Afro-Cuban music, and the experiences just keep on coming. All praise be to Mother God/Father God and the Spirits. so keep the phone calls coming.

Among my influences I count:

God and the spirit world, Irmela Stumm, Max Stumm, Giovanni von Essen, Shenole Latimer, Keith Copeland, Dexter Gordon, Tony Williams, Elvin Jones, Philly Joe Jones, Art Blakey, Billy Higgins, Harvey Mason, Steve Gadd, David Garibaldi, Herman Roscoe Ernest, Willie Green, Alphonse Mouzon, The Neville Brothers, Ahmir Questlove Thompson, India Arie, Angie Stone, Jill Scott, Macy Gray, Anthony Hamilton, Angelique Kidjo, Randy Crawford, Chaka Khan and so many more.......ultimately we all influence each other as our path' cross and we enter each others lives. no matter how briefly or long lasting it may be.

Darfur Crisis let's not look the other way!

Hey Friends and Family,

for all that know me, know that Africa and her well being is a matter that's close to my heart. our civilizations through out the world would be nowhere near as "advanced" without the contributions that came out of the African continent and its people from it's early beginnings through today.
