I am a Mom first. I have 3 sons, aged 25, 23 & 2 1/2 years. I am a Transformational Couselor & Energy Healer for the past 15 years, in Southern California. My goal is to assist people in quieting the "inner critter", & opening their hearts to receiving love & creating PEACE on the inside 1st.. I feel those who teach best, need to learn the most...haha.

How Would You Create Peace?

By beginning each day in Meditation. By working on myself 1st. By not yelling, or gossiping, judging, or pointing the finger at others. By being accountable. By nurturing & instilling love, acceptance, Honesty, & accountability in my children. By not eating anything slaughtered unmercifully. By not watching violent movies. By not using violent words. By standing up for & on the side of causes that promote Peace & compassion.By choosing LOVE 1st. By BEING Grateful...

Meditation 4.30.09 @ 11:11 am

I wanto share what came through for me, in the meditation today...We are ALL points of light, some brighter transmuters of light, & some twilight. We are each responsible for "BEING" in the flow of that light each moment. As we connect w/our inner light, we become able to channel MORE light. The light of Peace & Love & we begin to glow..
